1 of 15 Our ten-thousand square foot facility on the corner of Main Street and Hertel Avenue in Buffalo houses our restoration plant, our piano showroom, and our sheet music and gift store. 2 of 15 The main showroom displays our 50+ new and used pianos for sale, including fully-restored Steinways, Yamahas, and player pianos. 3 of 15 The staff in our sheet music and gift store can find you nearly any work still in print, or help you pick out the perfect gift for the aspiring musician in your life. 4 of 15 Rebuilding begins upstairs in the sanding room, where a piano is broken down and the frame is hand-stripped and sanded down to bare wood. 5 of 15 The new finish is applied in the spray booth using our state-of-art equipment. 6 of 15 In the milling room, we can make new parts custom-fit to each piano. 7 of 15 A new pin block is fitted to the bottom of a plate, ensuring tuning stability. 8 of 15 The pin block is drilled to hold the new pins. 9 of 15 The finished pin block and plate are ready to be installed back in the piano with proper downbearing. 10 of 15 The piano is restrung and new pins are hammered into the pin block. 11 of 15 New dampers are carefully installed by hand. 12 of 15 New action parts are installed into an upright piano. 13 of 15 New action parts for a grand piano.
