Can you match a finish to existing furniture?
Usually. We finish in your choice of stain or colour and can work from a photograph or a sample. Tell us what the piano has to live alongside when we quote.
Is the soundboard always replaced?
No, only when it needs to be. Replacement demands real skill and patience, and it is the single change that most transforms an old instrument, but a sound board that is still doing its job stays. We will tell you which case yours is.
What happens if you find something unexpected?
We stop and call you. Quotations are based on the condition we find, and where hidden damage appears we will not go beyond the approved scope without talking to you first.
