Intellectual property
The text, photographs, layout and design of this site belong to Illos Piano Restorations, Inc. or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Piano manufacturer names and marks referred to on this site, including Steinway & Sons, Baldwin, Mason & Hamlin, Kawai, Yamaha, Wurlitzer and PianoDisc, are the property of their respective owners. Information on this site
We keep the site as accurate as we reasonably can, but descriptions of instruments, prices and availability can change without notice, and errors do occur. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A binding agreement arises only when we confirm the details of a sale or a piece of work with you directly.
Quotations and work on your instrument
Quotations for restoration, repair, tuning or moving are based on the condition of the instrument as we find it. Where hidden damage or an unexpected condition comes to light after work begins, we will contact you before proceeding beyond the quoted scope. Guarantees we give on specific work, such as the ten year guarantee on a repaired plate crack, are stated in that quotation and apply to that work.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a price on this website a binding offer?
No. Descriptions of instruments, prices and availability can change without notice, and errors do occur. A binding agreement arises only when we confirm the details of a sale or a piece of work with you directly.
What happens if my piano needs more work than the quote covered?
We stop and call you. Quotations are based on the condition of the instrument as we find it, and where hidden damage comes to light after work begins we will not go beyond the quoted scope without your agreement.
Are you affiliated with Steinway, Yamaha or the other makers you name?
No, except where we say otherwise on the page. Those names and marks belong to their owners, and we use them to describe the instruments we service, restore or sell. We are an authorized dealer and installation center for PianoDisc.
Which law governs these terms?
The law of the State of New York, with the state and federal courts in Erie County having jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here limits rights you have as a customer under a separate contract with us, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
