Not sure which piano suits you?

Tell us the room, the player and the budget and we will point you at the two or three instruments on the floor that actually fit, rather than the most expensive one. If nothing here is right, ask what is coming off the bench: restorations finish every month, and we can hold one for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the pianos listed here restored by you?

The floor is a mix. Some instruments have been fully rebuilt in our own shop, others are quality pre-owned pianos that needed only servicing, and some are new. We will tell you exactly which category a given piano falls into and what was done to it.

Is the price negotiable, and what does it include?

Prices are as listed and do not include delivery. Ask about the total once you know where the piano is going, since moving cost depends on access and distance. Call 716-832-0013 for a delivered figure.

Can I try the piano before buying?

Please do. Everything listed is in the showroom at 2940 Main St. and you are welcome to play it. Bring your own music, and if you teach or perform, bring the piece that usually exposes a weak action.

Do you take trade-ins?

Often, depending on the instrument. Send photographs, the make and the serial number and we will tell you what your current piano is worth against a purchase.

Will you deliver and tune it?

Yes. Our own crews deliver on our own truck, and we recommend leaving two to four weeks after delivery before the first tuning so the piano settles to its new room.
